  I've been using The Village Timekeeper for a few years now, and am very happy with the service. Being a small business owner myself, I understand how busy someone can get, but Paul will call you back if you leave a message. I've never had a problem with communications or repairs. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone looking for clock repairs.

  Had clock for 3 weeks with no estimate given. Called twice, got no response. Went to pick-up clock and he could not find it. He told me I should have called and told him I was picking up clock. He told me to come back next week because he could not find clock in his shop. The shop is 1 hour round trip from my home.
